We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
All Purity Labs products are sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any clinical application. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this restriction.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
